Das Produkt des Wüsthof CULINAR Messersatzes unschlagbar. Schneidet scharf und liegt perfekt in der Hand.
Habe andere Wüsthof Messer, die auch gut sind, aber das CULINAR ist einfach TOPP.

heb eerst telefonisch advies gevraagd, kwam uit op deze set. 
snelle levering.. prima.
messen liggen goed in de hand, en snijden fijn, zien en ook mooi. uit. heb ze nog maar kort maar tot nu toe prima. 

Profil Amateur: Couteaux excellents, l'ensemble permet de réaliser la plupart des découpes avec précision et sans efforts, j'ai choisi ces couteaux pour eviter une dégradation au niveau du manche qui est en acier. Je recommande le site pour le prix et les délais d'expeditions. 

Deze set heb ik inmiddels aangevuld met een vleesmes (20 cm), vleesvork, aanzetstaal en bijpassende schaar. Een aanwinst voor mij persoonlijk. Als amateurkok.  Misstaat zeker niet voor professionals. Een sieraad in je keuken. De Wusthof-kwaliteit bij mijn bestelling werd bij uitvoering van de bestelling geevenaard door Knives and Tools.

zeer waardevolle aanwinst in de keuken, hoe heb ik het zonder kunnen doen.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
