The de Buyer Vantage mandoline blade can be used as a supplement or replacement for the accessories of the de Buyer Vantage mandolin. The julienne blade is only to be used in combination with the Vantage model. The blade is fixed by clicking it on the Vantage mandolin and cuts in 2mm julienne.
