The Fox Anso Zero was designed by Danish knife designer Jens Ansø. The blade of this pocket knife has a large 'belly' which is so characterizing for the Ansø knives. The handle is made from FRN. It is enhanced with a coarse texture which might remind you of the scales of a reptile. Its size is mostly suited for smaller hands. The blade is made from Austrian Böhler N690Co steel. A great type of steel that is very corrosion resistant.

Mooi klein mes welke er niet gevaarlijk uitziet. Goede stevige kwaliteit. Het handvat is wel klein, mijn pink steekt erbuiten. Maar ik heb dit mes niet gekocht voor het zware werk, anders zou het handvat te klein zijn om kracht te zetten

Couteau très agréable en main et en poche. Commandé une deuxième fois, à cause de la perte du premier. Léger, facile à éguiser.

Ein  ausgesprochen schönes Messer leider mit grausamen Spar-Griffschalen. Dass bei dem Preis keine G10 verbaut werden, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Ansonsten ist die Anmutung und Schnitthaltigkeit durchweg gut. Gewicht und Haptik sind sowohl in der Hand als auch an/in der Hosentasche top.
Sollte es dieses Modell mit G10 Griffschalen geben eine klare Kaufempfehlung für ein 42a/Germanistan-konformes Messer; diese Billig-Plastik Griffschalen sind allerdings ein echter Makel.

Gutes §42a konformes Messer. Bei der Entscheidung zwischen dem Spyderco Pingo und dem Anso Zero fiel die Wahl eindeutig auf das Anso. Es fühlt sich viel wertiger und besser verarbeitet an.
