Brilliant product. After many years of putting up with blunt knives and blaming the knives themselves, we have sharp knives at last. In just a few strokes, this kitchen tool put a very sharp edge on all the knives in the house. It took a while for the item to arrive from Europe in an enormous box, but it was well worth waiting for and communications with the company were cordial and efficient. Highly recommended!
