Ballistol maintenance oil can rightly be called a miracle cure. the formula for Ballistol was developed in 1904. This pine-scented maintenance oil with was originally meant to be used as oil for weapons. Not long after the introduction, the lubricating, cleaning and protective effect of Ballistol was noticed. Ever since then millions of people rely on the products made by this Bavarian company. 

Ballistol is food safe and can be used for hundreds of purposes. It does not dry out and does not clump. Ballistol is biodegradable and skin-friendly. It crawls between hinged parts like a crawling oil. Loosening hinges or bolts is a piece of cake for Ballistol. Other relevant applications are: 
 * Lubricating pocket knives multi-tools
 * Protecting its material
 * Make leather supple and waterproof, it also protects against insects and mould
 * The cleaning of firearms

Alright. Le "food compatible" est sympa pour les couteaux, et la qualité balistol n'est plus à démontrer . En espérant que la charge de gaz de l'aérosol  tienne jusqu'à utilisation complète même si ce n'et pas demain la veille . 

L'odeur m'a un peu dérangé lors de l'utilisation. Sinon c'est parfait.
