The **Eden Classic Damast utility knife** is a true all-rounder. Whether you want to finely chop herbs, cut vegetables into pieces or clean meat: it is all possible with a **utility knife**. For many of these cutting tasks you can purchase specific kitchen knives. However, this all-rounder is actually indispensable in any kitchen.


## Eden Classic Damast series


The Eden Classic Damast series is comprised of all conceivable kitchen knives. The blades on these knives have a core of strong and stainless AUS-10 steel, with a hardness of 60 HRC. The edge is razor-sharp and can easily be sharpened. The core has been encased in multiple layers of graceful Damascus steel.  33 layers per side to be exact. As such, including the core, there are 67 layers in total. Because of this combination the kitchen knives are not only incredibly functional, they are also absolute eye-catchers in your kitchen.


The Damascus steel blade seamlessly merges with the stunning black design handle that is comprised of a composite of linen and synthetic resin. The handle and the blade have been connected with the help of three rivets.


## Not in the dishwasher


As applies to all top-quality kitchen knives, it is best if you do not put your Eden Classic Damast knives in the dishwasher. It is best if you immediately wash and dry them after use. As a result the unique look and feel and the quality of the knives is optimally preserved.

To be honest, the best knife ever. It is so versatile and light but sharp. The chores at the kitchen are the easiest task with this knife. By the way, the delivery and service is beyond words. Now it is my favourite site to order.

I ordered this 13cm Eden Classic Damask knife for the second time because my wife was very satisfied and my son wanted it instantly when he saw it.
The knife has a wider blade than other utilities of the same length, made of AUS 10 with good edge retention.
Its overall weight is also above the average for its category.
These features were an additional reason for me to purchase it.
It has a solid construction, with an ergonomic handle, feels comfortable and ensures a firm grip in the hand.
In three months of light use, it was not necessary to sharpen it, as it was sufficient to use the 3000 honing rod, about every 2-3 weeks.
In addition to its beautiful appearance, it creates a pleasant feeling in use.
I recommend this product that I am delighted with.
