This **in-drawer from Wüsthof** ensures that you can safely store your kitchen knives in your kitchen drawer. The dividers ensure that the edges of your knives cannot come into contact with each other. Ideal for when you do not want to purchase a knife block or magnetic strip, but prefer to keep your knives in the drawer.

 It is important to store your kitchen knives carefully. Never store individual kitchen knives in your kitchen drawer. If the edges come into contact with each other, your blades will be irrevocably damaged. To prevent this you can protect your knives by using a knife block or purchasing a knife magnet on the wall.

 ## Dimensions

 This in-drawer offers room for seven kitchen knives and is 43 cm tall and 10,5 cm wide. Always measure the size of your kitchen drawer to avoid disappointments.

Handig om de messen veilig op te bergen in een (ondiepe) schuif, maar de prijs is er ook naar.

The advice is only three knives are needed: a chef's knife, a paring knife and a bread knife. Space for seven is therefore fine. Bought this because a knife block gets dirty, is hard to clean and takes up surface space; a magnetic strip means nothing can obstruct on the surface between you and the wall. Drawer space is therefore easiest and this is neat and keeps the knives protected. Well made, does the job. No rubber on the bottom to prevent slipping, but that is hardly an issue. Haven't tried others so cant really comment on comparisons or value for money. Happy with this though.
