The Miyabi 5000DP knives are a stylish addition to any kitchen. It has a strong and durable core of CMV60-steel that is lined with 64-layered damask. This creates a beautiful flower-like drawing on the blade. The blade is Honbazuke-sharpened and combined with the high hardness guarantees ultimate sharpness. The traditional D-shaped handle is made out of micarta and has a beautiful mosaic pin in the centre. The red details around the micarta create a very stylish knife.
