## Spyderco Tenacious collection

The Spyderco Tenacious is a perfect pocket knife for everyday use. In recent years, the Tenacious grew out to become one of the most popular pocket knives in the world. You can easily open the blade with one hand with the help of the characterizing thumb hole. Also called the Spydiehole. When opened, the blade is kept in place by a solid liner lock. The liner lock ensures that the knife doesn't close during use. You can unlock the liner lock with one hand when you've finished with it. The Tenacious feels amazing in hand. Father and son Glesser, owners of Spyderco, know exactly what makes a knife great.

## CPM M4 steel blade

The blade is made from CPM M4 steel, a tool steel that is known for its exceptional sharpness retention. But do be careful around acids and moisture, because tool steel is not completely stainless.

## G10 handle

The handle is made from sturdy G10. An incredibly strong and sustainable composite material made from synthetic resin and glass fibres. It offers enough grip, but isn't overly present. To carry it in your pocket it comes with a pocket clip. It can be placed in four different ways.

If you're looking for very well heat treated CPM-M4, it's one if not THE cheapest option you can find. However, if you're looking from the other side, it's a very expensive Tenacious.

The build quality is really better than on my Tenacious LW, however the factory edge was all wavy on both sides, really makes me wonder how flat that primary grind is. Even after reprofiling this is still present. I'll know more in the future.
