Best knife you can buy for the money, bought a Yaxell Mon chef knife and a Dahlstrong Santoku at more than double the price of this knife .... and the Eden knife is the sharpest of all 3 knives ... it is so sharp it shaved the hairs off my arm

Bought this knife as a gift with engraving and it didn't disappoint! My friend (ex chef) with vast knowledge of knives absolutely loves the sharpness and ease of use with this knife. The customer service I received was impeccable. Would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with this knife, the build quality and finish are exellent. Very sharp out of the box. It feels very comfortable in your hand. High quality and would definatlly recommend.

Razor sharp out of the box - cuts onions and tomatoes with ease and just sliced some seared tuna beautifully. Will see how it is over time and how well it re-sharpens. Definitely want the set of these!
