**Dishwasher safe?**  

Eden Quality VG10 knives are as dishwasher safe as all the other kitchen knives. 
An Incidental dishwasher wash-up isn’t harmful, but frequent influence of dishwasher chemicals can damage hardened steel and plastics. This can result in rust spots on the blade and an affected handle. Also, the handles may become loose.  

Therefore we don’t claim that our knives are dishwasher safe! Fortunately we are not the only ones. But there are brands who claim it because of the marketing advantages.

Degelijk broodmes van Eden. ik heb ook 2 messen van eden classic damast het zijn allemaal goede en mooie messen voor weinig geld. Ook de snijplank is goed even goed in de olie gezet en doet prima zijn werk.

Gute Qualität; erfüllt jedoch nicht meine Erwartung an die Schärfe eine Brotmessers.

Een heerlijk mes! Kan niet anders zeggen, scherp, degelijk, lekker "vol" van gewicht. De prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding is zeer goed. Deze aangeschaft samen met andere messen en het blok van Eden waardoor overall een prima korting werd verkregen. 

Super Brotsäge. Sehr scharf. Es gelingt ein sehr gerader Schnitt ohne Kraftaufwand und das für nen unschlagbaren Preis :)

Super Produkt, liegt toll in der Hand und erfüllt seinen Zweck, was will man mehr ;)
