This nice **Opinel table knife Bon Appétit** is, thanks to its razor-sharp blade, perfect when cutting meat. With it you cut meat instead of tearing it. If, in time, the knives lose some of their sharpness, you can easily sharpen them. The handle is made from stunning olive wood.

## The blade is made from stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel.

The blade of this Opinel table knife is made from Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel. This type of steel is strong and stainless. It also retains its sharpness for a long time. And yet, even this type of steel, like all other knives, will lose some of its sharpness in time. That is when it comes in handy that the blade is smooth. It namely means that it is easy to sharpen! As such they are the perfect knives for daily use. 

## Handle made from lacquered olive wood

The handle of these Opinel knives is made from olive wood. This wood is lacquered and can therefore handle moisture. This, combined with the stainless steel blade, ensures that, according to the manufacturer, the knife is dishwasher proof. However, we do not recommend cleaning it in the dishwasher. The combination of high temperatures, aggressive detergents and prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the knives. The blade can also be damaged when it comes into contact with other hard objects. Clean and dry the knives by hand and you will enjoy them for a really long time!

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, ce type d'acier sur un couteau de table c'est rare, tranchant sortie de boîte, sans dent pour les puristes, un vrai plaisir de couper sa cote de bœuf ! Je recommande...attention au lave vaisselle, ça marche sans problème mais le bois terni rapidement, il vaut mieux les laver à la main.
