Sage cutting boards are made from a combination of FSC-certified wood, pulp and resin. These cutting boards are fairly thin with a smooth, non-porous, heat-resistant surface that is, above all, hygienic. Sage cutting boards thus comply with the food safety management principles, as set down in the HACCP. This means that these cutting boards can always be used in any professional food establishment. The wood is dense enough to resist deep scratches, yet not so dense as to damage the knives. According to Sage, these cutting boards are extremely durable and will last more than twice as long as an ordinary wooden cutting board. They are also relatively lightweight and thin, making them hardly any higher than a kitchen worktop. Contrary to most ‘ordinary’ wooden cutting boards, these boards are dishwasher safe.

Fijne snijplank. Ook handig om hete pannen en schalen op te zetten. 

Hele fijne dunne snijplank. Investering zeker waard

Plank geeft na een paar keer gebruikt te hebben, materiaal los. Het ergste is dat het zwart is, mijn producten zit vol zwarte stipjes, en het lijkt wel of de plank afgeeft.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Schneidbrett und würde ja gerne noch etwas besonderes herausheben, das anderen Käufern eine Hilfe sein könnte, aber was soll ich sagen? Es ist halt nunmal "nur" ein Stück aus schwarzem Kunststoff, das tadellos seinen Zweck erfüllt.
