Zwilling J.A. Henckels Four Star Santoku knife 7"

Great service, would definately use Knives&Tools again. Great knife also - incredibly sharp, so much so I could shave with it. Care must be used with the corner of the blade closest to the hand as this is as sharp as the rest of the blade and it's easy to slice tour hand with it if you are not using due dilligence (like me!). Would highly recommend the knife though, the blade is thinner than your normal chefs knife, so it slides through vegetables etc with ease.
