About the Kramer by Zwelling Euro Meiji-series
The Euro Meiji series is the ultimate series of kitchen knives from Kramer by Zwilling. In this series, oriental and Western philosophies come together in seven unique knives. Made for anyone who wants high quality and striking design. No matter how high the expectations are, the Euro Meiji knives meet these with ease.
The blade Every Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji knife is marvellous to see. The blade has a core made from Fc61 steel, surrounded by hundreds of other layers of steel. Thanks to a special process all knives get their own damask pattern. During this process the blade is polished and is subjected to an ice hardening process. As such you are left with a hardness of 61 HRC. It makes the knives extremely robust and hard, and it ensures that they retain their sharpness for a very long time.
The handle Not only the blade but also the handle contributes to the special character of the knives. Made of pakka wood, a form-retaining and durable type of wood with a beautiful grain. Each handle is also equipped with an eye-catching mosaic pin. 100% handcrafted in the shape of the Kramer by Zwilling logo. Thanks to the ergonomic D-shaped handle, your cutting comfort is magnificent.
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Meiji knives: an asset for the eye, brilliant to cut with!
