The Armytek Partner A1 is a versatile torch that works on a regular AA battery. Also a rechargeable NiMH battery and the 14500 Li-Ion battery are suitable.  
  

 
Because of the small dimensions the Partner A1 can easily fit in your luggage. Thanks to the strong Cree XM-L2 LED the light output is great. 370 lumens and a range of 110 meters is more than enough for most everyday use. This is an awesome 'basic' torch. The material is of very high quality. The heavy aluminum body has a black coating that provides a tactical look and rough surface. Ideal for wet conditions.  
  

 
The current version of the Partner A1 has more modes than the old version. Choosing the various modes works by screwing and unscrewing the head in combination with the tactical switch.

Prettig in de hand liggend en gemakkelijk op te bergen.
Doet wat men beloofd.

Heb de zaklamp nu een paar weken in gebruik in combinatie met 2  Nitecore 14500 batterijen.Ben zeer tevreden over de enorme hoeveelheid licht die uit zon klein lampje komt.Op de hoogste stand doe je dan niet lang met je batterij.Ik heb de tijd niet bijgehouden maar ik denk ergens rond de 25 minuten.Gelukkig zijn de batterijen erg compact en neem ik dus altijd een extra exemplaar mee.En een standje lager doe je er een uur mee en heb je nog steeds veel licht.Als je hem langer dan 20 seconden op de hoogste stand laat dan word de lamp wel langzaam behoorlijk warm.Maar dit is normaal voor zulke kleine lampjes.De bediening is heel eenvoudig en ik heb hem altijd in mijn broekzak.Hij is mij nog niet per ongeluk aangegaan als ik ga zitten.Dat is zeer positief,dat is mij bij andere lampen wel vaker overkomen.De prijs prestatie verhouding van deze lamp is naar mijn mening uitstekend te noemen.Ook is het altijd prettig zaken doen met knives and tools.

Goede zaklamp voor werk nodig. 
Eisen waren:
-een felle en zwakke stand
-zeer shock en water proef
-werking op 1x AA of 1x AAA batterij
-erg betrouwbaar
Zaklamp kan ik nog niet beoordelen op langdurige kwaliteit maar voldoet aan alle eisen op dit moment. Voelt erg degelijk en alle onderdelen die evt. kunnen slijten zoals rubbertjes en de knop zaten er extra reserve bij. Zeer tevreden over de lamp en de grote lichtopbrengst.
Vorige zaklamp van leatherman was ook bruikbaar maar is in korte tijd 2x stuk gegaan. Bovendien geen verschillende lichtstanden en erg bibberend licht. Ook dit is bij deze zaklamp dik in orde. (zeer stabiele lichtbundel)

Ik had al een Predator van Armytek en deze Partner A1 is van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. Deze lampen zijn gebouwd om hun betrouwbaarheid en duurzaamheid.

Dit is bovendien een van de weinige zaklampen op een enkele AA met deze lichtsterkte in combinatie met een tactische schakelaar achter op de lamp (veel nieuwe lampen hebben de schakelaar aan de zijkant). 

De lichtbundel is mooi en zeer fel en is een brede lichtbundel waardoor ook de omgeving goed wordt verlicht. Een bijzonder goede lamp voor een hele goede prijs.
