For those who are looking for a serious tactical knife and like the quality of Böker, the Resurrection could be an excellent choice. This is a large tactical knife where all your fingers naturally find their place in the ruffled handle. Also the blade of 440 c-steel has a corrugated edge. Everything functions exactly as it should. It is clear that knife designer Jim Burke himself has a background as a police officer in a SWAT team. You should not think about the functionality of your tool. That must go without saying!  
  


The equally strong pocket clip can be mounted in 2 ways: tip-up and tip-down. A recess In the G10 handle parts is made where the pocket clip is placed. For the side which is not used, a metal shim was made, to avoid the occurance of a hole.

Kreeg het mes mooi per post op tijd.Uitpakken dus ... 
op het eerste moment viel het uitzicht eigenlijk tegen. de foto's zijn véél mooier dan het mes "in het echt". voor mij wint het uitzicht niet echt een prijs, hiermee bedoel ik dat voor mijn gevoel de verhoudingen tussen lemmet en handgreep niet echt overeen komen. de handgreep is te dik en te groot t.o.v. het lemmet. De vormgeving van het lemmet zelf is dan weer wel goed, met zijn lichte curve van de snede. Maar ja smaken verschillen, zeker wat betreft "schoonheid". 
Door dus naar kwaliteit en gebruik ... 
Kwaliteit is zonder meer goed. alles zit stevig in elkaar en is robust uitgevoerd. Afwerking van het lemmet is degelijk komt scherp geslepen van de fabrikant. Handgreep is zoals eerder aangehaald, voor mij eigenlijk te dik, maar is wel degelijk uitgevoerd; dus wat kwaliteit betreft geen negatieve opmerkingen. 
gebruik(gemak) dus... 
Voor mij was de aankoop primair bedoeld als alternatief voor een middelzwaar vast bushkraft mes tijdens mijn nu bijna dagelijkse  bostochten. Sinds de aankoop heb ik het mes ondertussen stevig uitgetest en eerlijk is eerlijk, als buschkraftmes/kampmes voldoet dit mes wel goed. De lichte kurve van de snede bewijst tijdens snijwerkzaamheden absoluut zijn nut,zeker in combinatie met de snijhoek van het lemmet. Ook wat betreft slijtvastheid scoort het mes bij mij goed tot zeer goed. De snede is nog steeds vlijmscherp vanaf fabriek, ondanks intensief (test)gebruik. 
Kortom, ondanks zijn eerste negatieve indruk bij uitpakken voor mij, blijkt dit mes wat betreft prestaties, verrassend goed  te voldoen als bushcraftmes/kampmes. Is zijn geld zeker waard. 

Een dijk van een mes! Heb je een degelijke betrouwbare mes voor de wat zwaardere taken.... Dan is dit hem. Ongelooflijk veel waar voor je geld... En nu  in de aanbieding ook nog! Ik gebruik het mes meer en meer voor mijn edc.   Gewoon een prima degelijk blade. 

Als je op zoek bent naar het grote broertje van al je zakmesssen, zoek dan niet verder. 
Dit is een heel flink en stevig mes dat er om vraagt gebruikt te worden. 
Gaat makkelijk open, en sluit goed af. Je hebt flink wat in de hand, maar het voelt erg goed aan.

De intimidatie factor is nogal hoog met dit mes, niet iets wat je standaard voor je brieven op pakketjes gaat gebruiken. 

Het is erg scherp bij levering, maar hou er rekening mee dat de vorm van het blad om veel liefde en aandacht bij het slijpen vraagt.

Ik merk dat ik dit mes vaker oppak dan de kleinere broertjes. Het blijft goed scherp na een duik in touw, hout, papier en plastic. 



Das „unzerstörbare" Taschenmesser ist es nicht. Nach dem abschlagen/abhacken einiger kleinerer Äste hat das Messer deutliches Klingenspiel. Den normalen Anforderungen des Alltags ist es jedoch gut gewachsen. Das Messer wird sehr scharf ausgeliefert. Ein Torxschlüssel zum abschrauben des Daumenpins wird mitgeliefert. Ein Torxschlüssel zum wechseln des Gürtelclips fehlt. Dieser ist so klein, dass er nicht in jedem Schlüsselsatz enthalten ist. Alles in allem ein gutes Messer dessen wuchtige Größe dazu verleitet es überzubeanspruchen. Fürs Grobe sollte man lieber ein Mester mit fester Klinge wählen.

meneer die jaren met sledehonden in de Canadese
wilderness heeft gewoond , Saskatchewan en de NWT.
