The **Civivi Vision FG C22036-6 Black Nitro-V, Bead Blasted Ultem** is a unique pocket knife, designed by Snecx Tan. On Instagram he is famous for his unique custom knives. With his customs he gives new meaning to the terms 'precision' and 'innovation'. The Vision is an excellent example. The knife is enhanced with the 'Superlock Mechanism', a mechanism designed by Snecx. A new lock Snecx and WE Knife worked on for years. 

It works as follows: the spine of the handle is enhanced with a titanium rod which hinges just below the pocket clip in the handle. The end is pressed into a cut-out in between the blade and the stop pin with the help of a spring in the handle, blocking the blade. Push the rod backwards and the blade will unlock. A surprisingly intuitive lock perfect for both left and right-handed use! 

The design of the Vision is also typical for Snecx and enhanced with a lot of interesting design elements. For example, just look at those round cut-outs in the handle. These can also be found on many of his custom knives. Don't forget: the materials are also great! The blade is made from Nitro-V steel.

Ultem is a high-quality thermoplastic material known for its exceptional strength, durability and thermal resistance. Best known for its practical use in the aircraft industry, though lately it has also been a popular choice in the pocket knife world.

## Nitro-V blade

Nitro-V is a relatively new type of steel. All you need to know, however, is that it is stainless and easy to sharpen. Nitro-V is also quite tough and retains its sharpness well. It's an excellent steel for a knife in this price range.

There's not much to say, the knife is great for EDC but I think the steel should be a little better for that price. Nitro - V is ok, but for such a work knife I think it should go a step higher.

Design et mécanismes intéressants. Parfaitement adapté à l'usage en cuisine, un peu moins pour le bricolage ou le jardinage.

Un peu déçu par le verrouillage qui a tendance à "coller" et le plaquettes en Ultem qui piègent l'humidité contre les platines et laissent voir de grandes traces le long du manche. Si c'était à refaire, je prendrais du G10 opaque.

Uitstekende zakmes. De lock werkt perfect en voelt erg stevig. Zeer tevreden met ultem handvaat, voelt echt ergonomisch.

Het ultem met de zwarte liners is een mooie combinatie.
Het mes opent soepel en ook het sluiten met het super lock is super.
Het blad is dun en hoog geslepen, ze snijdt dus ook nog zeer goed.
Kortom een fraai mes waar het leuk mee spelen en ook nog praktisch is.
