Bought as a present for my cheffy son. He is very satisfied. Be aware it's very heavily in use.

This is a lovely pan, not as heavy as a cast iron on, but smoother and easy to season. The handle doesn't heat up excessively so no need for the silicone sleeve sold separately unless you use it in the oven regularly. It has a bit of weight but it's manageable. Would recommend it

Excellent pan. It takes a while for it to become non-stick but it is now. The heat is uniform and really intense, which is ideal to sear food. It is extremely stable on the hob and great to handle. My only regret is not having bought one sooner.

The quality of the pans is amazing. Much thicker than expected. Easy to season. After couple of sessions even eggs don’t stick if you mind the heat. Shipping was very fast and received them promptly. I’m delighted with this purchase.
