When using this knife block, you will also see the entire blade of your knife. Beautiful (Damascus) steel of, for example, Susumi or Kanso knives form a beautiful picture against the pattern of the bamboo. De lines in the bamboo wood give the block a very chique appearance. The bamboo is treated with a combination of was and oil. It is very easy to maintain with regular olive oil.  
  


The magnets inside the knife block will keep the knives fixed very well. The best way to take the knife from the block, is by turning it in the direction of the back of the knife. This way it will tilt away from the block without damaging the block or the edge of your knife. A single practice will prove it to be an easy thing.

Een zeer mooi item in de keuken, zonder meer! Deze aangeschaft samen met een set messen van Eden waardoor overall een prima korting werd verkregen. Magneet is sterk, maar deze bevindt zich alleen in het middenvlak aan elke zijde. Twee messen aan één kant gaat echt net (bijvoorbeeld vleesmes en broodmes, of officemes en schilmes), ze zitten dan wel "met de ruggen tegen elkaar". Bij een koksmes past geen ander mes meer.

Prachtige manier om je keukenmessen op te bergen. Een keer wat anders dan de ouderwetse messenblokken. 
Staat mooi op het aanrecht :)
