The Eden TDL25 is a versatile flashlight, specifically designed to have a large range, in a compact size lamp. The Eden TDL25 offers many different modes and features, without having difficult controls. This is the long awaited sequel to the very popular Eden TDL20 tactical flashlight.

## Highest light output in its class


The Eden TDL25 flashlight is in terms of light output optimized to deliver as much light strength as possible, as you would need in tactical situations. With 3150 lux at 3 meters away the Eden TDL25 is brighter than other lamps that theoretically a higher light output in lumens. The perfect torch to rely on!


The size of the Cree XP-L High Intensity LED in combination with the deep reflector makes the light beam of the Eden TDL25 well bundled. There are many other flashlights that have larger and more powerful LEDs which cannot be bundled as well as the TDL25.


## Suitable for 18650 batteries and CR123A batteries


The TDL25 is powered by a 18650 battery or two CR123A batteries. A special battery status indicator is built-in, which tells the current status in 5 steps. When the light flashes 5 times the battery is full and it will flash one time when it is running out of power. This indicator only works with 18650 batteries, not with CR123A batteries.



## The only light with a functional strobe mode


The strobe of the Eden TDL25 offers 3150 lux at 3 meters away. Unprecedented for a flashlight of this size. 18Hz strobe will disorient a person completely. The focused beam makes it really easy to direct strobe and limit its effect on the surroundings. The strobe is electronically regulated so it will go on and off cleanly and create a further distorting effect.



## Two-step tactical switch


A great feature of the Eden TDL25 is the two-stage tactical switch on the back of the lamp. When this is fully pressed in the *Police Version* the strobe will kick in. Even when the light is switched off. It cannot be missed! When you release the switch the lamp always switches off, also when it was in a constant light mode before that. By pressing the switch halfway it switches to the regular output modes. It can go as low as a very minimal firefly-mode, up to the turbo mode at full power. Switching between these modes is very easy with the magnetic spinning ring around the head. This ring has 6 positions: 5 constant light modes and an off-mode.


The regular version allows you to test the functionality of the tactical switch itself. You can choose regular and switch between light modes, or choose the police version with an instant-strobe and momentary-on to allow signaling. 


## Innovative controls, readily available


When the lamp is in a constant light mode, the tactical switch on the back can switch light intensity. Pressing the switch halfway allows you to go through the modes. Depending on the mode it’s in, it will slowly increase or decrease light intensity. When you would like the intensity to go up, and it is actually going down you have to let go of the switch and press it halfway again. When the lamp has reached its maximum light intensity it briefly flashes once to indicate that you have reached the highest position.



## Special output modes for specific situations


When you fully press the tactical switch, turning the ring allows you to go through different special output modes. The different modes include battery status indicator, beacon status, momentary mode, traffic controller mode, SOS and a continuous strobe mode.



The innovative control of different output modes makes the Eden TDL25 flashlight special compared to other tactical flashlights. Other flashlights can have two switches on the back (one for strobe and one for switching on and off). You can run the risk of pressing the wrong switch when it really matters. The single switch of the TDL25 makes sure you’ll always go straight to the preferred mode.


## Rock-solid construction, suitable for all conditions


 The Eden TDL25 is built for the toughest conditions. The outside of the aluminum body is type III hard anodized. On the inside of the lamp the 18650 battery (or two CR123A batteries) are held by contact points with small springs. The lens of the Eden TDL25 lies deep in the head between two rubber rings. This gives a lot more protection against damage from falling. There is a stainless steel protective ring around the lamp head and it comes with a tactical ring. It improves the grip and prevents the flashlight from rolling. It is also possible to remove the ring should you want that. The Eden TDL25 flashlight is waterproof up to 2 meters.


The Cree XP-L High Intensity LED is firmly clamped on the aluminum heat sink, which is an integral part of the head. This guarantees excellent heat distribution and optimal lifetime of the LED. The tactical switch on the back runs does not run on the main current inside the light. This is done to make sure the switch will burn through. The contact areas are designed in a way that the TDL25 will work at all times, even when the head or switch aren’t totally screwed tighly. Crucial when every second counts.


## Compatible accessories


 The head of the TDL25 has a diameter of 34 mm. Because this is such a standard measure many accessories of other brands are suitable for the Eden TDL25. For everyday use we recommend one of these holsters:

## Police version and regular version


The Eden TDL25 tactical flashlight is available in two different kinds: a police version and a regular version. The big difference is that the regular version allows the tactical switch to change the special output modes. The police version is locked to avoid that the tactical modes are not available by mistake. In all other aspects the lights are identical.

Prachtige krachtige lamp met zeer groot vermogen.
Voldoet uitstekend aan de verwachtingen.
Aanrader is zeker de optie om op te laden via kabel.
Prima lamp met heel vlotte levering.

Ik heb sinds enkele weken deze Eden zaklamp in huis. Meteen na het uitpakken sprongen de kwaliteit en afwerking naar voren. De hoge prijs was al meteen voor een deel gerechtvaardigd. Na het eerst goed opladen van de 18650 accu via het extra bestelde laadgedeelte dat tussen de kop van de lamp en het accugedeelte geschroefd wordt mbv een daarbij meegeleverd laadsnoer. Met dit laadsnoer is het nu mogelijk om bij iedere USB-aansluiting ter wereld de lamp op te laden en ben hierdoor nooit meer afhankelijk van en aparte lader. Het laadprocedure is te volgen via een rood ledje tijdens laden en een groene ten teken dat de accu vol is.De accu kan hierbij gewoon in de lamp blijven zitten! Daar ik echter een extra accu gekocht heb is dat bij mij nu slechts ten dele het geval, maar heb nu wel altijd een extra geladen accu bij de hand.
En dan nu de lamp.
WAUW wat een licht!
Niks geen blauwig licht, nee een enorme lichtkegel met een geconcentreerde spil met daaromheen een soort flood licht waardoor de wereld om je heen ook nog zichtbaar blijft en het zicht daar niet weggedrukt wordt door de enorme spil.
Dit verdiend voor mij een volle 10

Echter toch een minpuntje, het volledig ontbreken van dan ook maar iets van een gebruikshandleiding. Zelfs geen snelstart- blaadje.
Dit moet Knivesandtools verbeteren!!!
Dat je het internet op moet om te leren hoe je zaklamp aan moet, dit kan niet. Je kan de zaklamp in een groot aantal verschillende manieren met de achterste knop opstarten, dit kan je dus vooraf bepalen en daarbij is een goede handleiding van belang.

Al met al een degelijk volwaardig product met gezien de lichtprestaties, zeer compacte afmetingen.Nu komt de praktijk eraan waarin de lamp zich kan bewijzen.

Compacte lamp had wat mij betreft iets veller gemogen.
Gebruik de lamp beroepsmatig en heb buiten de kracht van de lamp nog geen min punten ontdekt.

Ik koos voor deze zaklamp om iets stevig en degelijk te kunnen gebruiken. Ik heb de laadmodule er wel dadelijk bijgekocht om het laden van de batterij te vergemakkelijken. Deze zaklamp voldoet compleet aan mijn verwachtingen. Voor zijn grootte en prijs is de lichtopbrengst fantastisch.
