The Fenix TK22 was completely updated and continues under the name: **TK22 V2.0**. What has changed? The 2.0 version has more lumens, a Luminus SST40 LED, a better beam distance and is enhanced with an ALF-18 battery holder. This holder ensures that the TK22 does not only work with a 21700 battery, but also with a popular 18650 battery. As such it is great for tactical purposes.


## The design of the Fenix TK22 V2.0

 The robust look is characterized by the tactical head and the grooves on the body and tail cap. These grooves ensure that you have additional grip. Important when you use the light in extreme circumstances.


## Performance

 The flashlight has an output of 1600 lumens, a beam distance of 405 meters and an incredibly bright lens with anti-reflective coating. The result is a nicely balanced beam. You can choose from four different light modes: turbo, high, medium and eco. In addition, the light has a stroboscope mode of no less than 1600 lumens! This version is enhanced with the IP68 norm. This enables the light to do its work in extreme circumstances. The flashlight is protected against dust, and is waterproof up to 2 meters deep (for 30 minutes).


## How to use the Fenix TK22 V2.0

 The Fenix Tk22 V2.0 is enhanced with a back and side switch. You use the switch on the back to turn the light on and off. This tactical switch has a momentary-on function. You use the side switch to switch between light modes. The TK22 is also enhanced with a stroboscope mode. You activate the stroboscope mode by pressing the side switch for 0.8 seconds. The stroboscope mode has 1600 lumens.

These light modes were measured with a 21700 battery.
 * Turbo (1600 lumens, 2 hour and 10 minutes*)
* High (500 lumens, 4 hour and 40 minutes)
* Medium (150 lumens, 17 hours)
* Eco (30 lumens, 80 hours)
* Strobe (1600 lumens)

 *The burn time of the highest mode is calculated at the moment the lamp is switched on in the highest position. After 2-3 minutes, the lamp automatically switches to the lower light mode due to temperature regulation.

Zeer tevreden over het product en de snelle verzending

Bizar veel licht.
Ik woon in het achtergebied. S'avonds bij het honden uitlaten vind ik mijn loslopende zwarte honden een voetbalveld verderop in de struiken met deze lamp. Heel veel licht

Voor huis-en-tuin gebruik is dit een prima product en voldoet zeer goed. De lichtstraal is geconcentreerd met een ietwat groothoekig effect, zodat een deel van de omgeving ook goed te zien is. Geprobeerd op een duister fietspad en de eerste 100 a 150 meters zijn hel verlicht.  Het apparaat ligt prettig in de hand en (belangrijk) is zeker niet "te licht" van gewicht. 4 dimstanden en een strobos stand, waarvan mij de zin ervan niet helemaal duidelijk is. Zoals beloofd zijn er twee lith. batterijen (3V elk) meegeleverd. Na enig gebruik is de sterkte nog steeds niet afgenomen.
Bezorging: zoals afgesproken: op tijd (bestelling weekend) en voor het eerst op een KIALA punt laten bezorgen. Dit bevalt zo goed, dat ik in het vervolg altijd bij KIALA laat bezorgen (ophalen bij gelegenheid).

De Fenix TK22 bevalt mij super. Hij is degelijk gebouwd en kan tegen een stootje. De hoeveelheid licht die er uit komt is boven verwachting. Na vele reviews en video’s te hebben vergeleken heb ik de Fenix TK22 gekozen en heb er geen spijt van. Gelijk 2 accu’s en een oplader erbij besteld, dat scheelde weer in de prijs. De bestelling werd snel bezorgd en was netjes verpakt, dus tevreden over deze webwinkel.

Zelf ben ik eigenaar van de 2013 variant van deze lamp. Ik gebruik het nu bijna een jaar naar tevredenheid. 

Deze robuuste lamp heeft vier bruikbare lichtniveaus en gaat lang mee op de accu's (18650 3100mAh). De hoogste stand geeft veel licht(2013 variant 650 lumen)
De 2014 versie geeft in de hoogste stand nog meer licht. (naast elkaar vergeleken.)

Kortom een prachtige lamp en een mooi cadeau voor mijn zwager.
