The **Imperial Jackmaster Barlow IMP278** is a classic slipjoint pocket knife. This Barlow is enhanced with two blades: a clippoint and a pen. A real Traditional, according to the famous Barlow pattern.

 The blades are made from 3Cr13MoV. This is a simple, stainless type of steel. Easy to sharpen and therefore perfect for everyone. You open the blades with two hands and a slipjoint will lock the blades when opened. Not a real lock, merely some resistance. As such you can legally carry this knife almost anywhere. The handle is made from a celluloid-like plastic.

 In the case of traditional multi blade blades, the specifications are based on the largest blade.

-one of the scales had major gapping and a crack (all the way through the plastic) from one of the pinholes to the edge of the scale
-hard springs makes it a bit hard to open the shorter blade
-overall design and functionality is good apart from above issues.
Lack of quality control on this model, it seems like. I could likely file a return but I won't be bothered at this price.
