The KA-BAR USMC 1211 is a legendary knife. In 1942, this knife was chosen by the United States Marine Corps to be the combat knife for the Marines. Since then, this knife has been part of the standard equipment of many soldiers. This is a large knife and it feels very sturdy. The handle has protective parts which keep you from getting close to the razor-sharp edge while using it. The blade is made out of 1095 carbon steel, which does not make this knife stainless. Luckily there is a black coating on the blade which makes maintenance a lot easier.

Lamentable on vous présente un beau couteau ka-bar numéroté 1211 sur le site  et estampillé de chaque coté, en fait il n'en est rien, pas de numéro sur la lame et le logo  ka-bar OLEAN NY à peine perceptible, et la lame emballé dans un étui carton marqué 1225. Je suis collectionneur de couteau Ka-bar depuis des années, mais là j'ai perdu toute confiance. Site à fuir absolument
