The **Kai Shun Seki Magoroku Redwood utility knife 0150U 15 cm** is made according to traditional Japanese design. It was designed by and for cooking enthusiasts. Special is its beautifully polished blade and wooden handle. Kai knows better than anyone how to design a knife. The blade of the Seki Magoroku Redwood collection is a true jewel. It has a hardness of 58' HRC and a very thin grind. This makes the blade razor-sharp and perfect to use. A glossy, polished, rounded spine with a very fine polished edge ensures that the knife is comfortable and easy to use. As such cutting herbs, vegetables and fruit will be an amazing experience.

Prachtig mes, licht en handig in gebruik. En vanzelfsprekend zeer scherp ;)

Deze was een cadeau voor iemand anders, en die was er super blij mee! Zelf ook in het bezit van een KAI koksmes en zeer tevreden van, wordt dagelijks gebruikt. 

Messcherp, goed in de hand, perfect voor groenten en fruit. En dan ook nog eens mooi!

Un bon petit couteau de chef. Tient bien en main (pour des droitiers) du fait du manche asymétrique. Doit être affuté plus finement pour un tranchant "rasoir".

Ik zochte veel naar messen maar naar vaak zoeken was het deze mes geworden. Ben er heel blij mee het snijdt heel lekker en is heel scherp echt een aanrader.

Ben zelf linkshandig, maar ondervind geen last van handvat. Ligt goed in de hand, hout voelt goed.

Licht mes, vind dit persoonlijk heel leuk om mee te werken.

Japans design: dit betekent dat je best niet snijdt met de wiegbeweging, maar eerder een duw-trek beweging maakt zonder al te veel druk uit te oefenen. Dit werkt het beste. Bekijk hierover zeker eens een filmpje op YouTube om de correcte snijtechniek onder de knie te krijgen.
