The **Kizer Hare** is a bushcraft knife that doubles as an EDC knife, designed by Azo, designer at Kizer. His inspiration for this design came during a walk in the woods, where he came face to face with a wild hare. Speed and precision, two characteristics of the hare, formed the foundation for this design. The shape of the blade symbolizes the ears of the hare, while the handle reflects the body. As Azo says: the Kizer Hare is a unique series where art meets nature.




The blade of the Kizer Hare 1077A2 Stonewashed Nitro-V, Black Micarta/Orange G10 fixed knife, Azo design measures 9 cm in length and 4 mm in thickness. The total length is 17.4 cm.



## Blade made of Nitro-V steel
The blade of this Kizer is made of German Nitro-V steel. This is a stainless steel that is easy to sharpen. Nitro-V is also quite tough and retains its sharpness well.



The ‘stonewash’ process was chosen for the finish of this blade. The stonewash process involves the blade being placed inside a drum with ceramic stones, or media, and then vibrated or tumbled for several hours. The result is a finish that looks precisely polished or roughened depending on the version. The advantage of stonewashing, however, is that signs of use are much less noticeable. That makes it a popular choice for knives that see a lot of use.



The Kizer Hare 1077A2 Stonewashed Nitro-V, Black Micarta/Orange G10 fixed knife, Azo design comes with a sheath made of kydex, a sturdy plastic that will keep the steel safe. However, it is important to keep a kydex sheath clean on the inside. Rinse it regularly with water. This will prevent dirt from remaining in the sheath, which can scratch the blade.

Super couteau . Je l’ai attendu très longtemps car pas disponible, ensuite la poste l’a envoyé au mauvais endroit mais KAT à renvoyé un nouveau colis rapidement, c’est appréciable.
Le couteau a une très bonne prise en main, la lame a un bon tranchant, l’étui est très bien.
Je suis très satisfait de pouvoir grater un firesteel ce petit couteau très polyvalent. 
Pour l’instant, je ne lui trouve pas de défaut 👍🏻
