The easiest and most intuitive knife sharpening system I have come across. It takes ten minutes to learn how to use. Then take your blunt knives and get a really good cutting edge for about ten minutes work. Not for long knives greater than 150 mm long. Easy to store in the kitchen drawer and hone an edge when you have blunted your knife after using it a lot. Much easier and quicker to use than flat whetstones.
