At first glance, the new Led Lenser H7R.2 headlamp looks just like all the other headlamps. Thanks to their compact design, both the torch and the battery holder are really light in weight and easy to carry. Just twist the knob on the battery holder to seamlessly adjust the brightness of the LED. Hold the knob pressed in to operate the red LEDs in the battery holder for increased visibility. Use this knob to select one of the following programme modes: Easy Mode, Power Mode, Blink Mode and Boost Mode.  
  


The well-known Led Lenser Advanced Focus System easily changes the focus from spot to flood light. Simply twist the plastic bezel around the reflector to select the focus you need.  
  


The H7R.2 comes with a battery that can be charged in the battery holder. The battery adapter is also included. Four AAA batteries can also be used, if necessary. Both alkaline and NiMH batteries are suitable. The charging cable can also use a USB port as its power source. Whatever works best A red/green LED indicates how far the charging process is.

Ik heb een oud H14 lamp, mijn vriendin wilde een lichtere lamp. Deze weegt de helft, is even sterk, heeft een perfecte spreiding en nog een oplaadbare accu. Een punt van wennen is één band, en niet twee, zodat de lamp altijd op dezelfde plek op je hoofd blijft zitten. Het duurt nu iets langer om hem op je hoofd te zetten, en moet iets strakker zitten.

Het lampje voldoet volledig aan mijn verwachtingen.  Het zit ook heel comfortabel.  De dimfunctie is heel handig als je met meerdere personen in het donker staat, zij worden niet verblind door het licht en toch zie je voldoende. Een geslaagde aankoop!
