The Nitecore MH12 is a very practical, rechargeable LED torch. The maximum output of 1000 lumens is quite impressive. Especially in combination with the small size of only 13.9 cm. The MH12 is rechargeable via the included USB cable. During charging, the LED indicator in the switch on the side of the torch shows the current charging status. During use, this LED tells you in time when the battery starts getting empty. A 3200 mAh Nitecore 18650 battery is included with the torch so you can get ‘at it’ right away.

* The indication of the light intensity is according to the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards. This means that the values may be lower than former values . Naturally, this lower value has no consequence for the light intensity of the torch. The advantage of the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards is that the values can be compared with each other and give a real picture of the actual light intenstiy.

Erg stevig lampje met enorme lichtopbrengst.
Ik heb het standaard in mijn jaszak zitten en dit kan omdat het erg klein is.
Enige nadeeltje vind ik dat het rubberen klepje van het mini oplaad poortje te makkelijk open gaat en er stof en vuil in de lamp kan komen

Goede lamp met zeer sterke en heldere lichtopbrengst. De afmeting vind ik ook prettig waardoor je het ook bij je kan dragen zonder dat het storend is in bijv je binnenzak. De standen qua sterkte zijn ook goed alleen de laagste stand vind ik niet veel toevoegen, maar dat ligt wellicht aan de omstandigheden waar je het voor gebruikt. De handleiding is niet duidelijk genoeg welke opties erop zitten en hoe je deze bediend, maar daar kom je gaandeweg wel achter of door even op internet te zoeken wat je allemaal met de lamp kan of hoe je dat bediend. 
Nadeel vind ik het afdekkapje van de lader, dat blijft niet zitten en in het donker is het onderscheid tussen de modus knop en afdekkapje soms verwarrend.
