The **Real Steel Muninn** is family of the Huginn model. It stands out due to the symmetrical design and the dagger-shaped blade. The Muninn was designed by Ivan D. Braginets. He designed a knife for EDC use which could also be used as a tactical knife in the army. While the Huginn leans more towards EDC use, the Muninn is better suited for tactical purposes. You open the blade with the thumb studs or via the slide lock bolt. You immediately notice how easy and smoothly the blade opens and how well the blade is balanced. The dagger-shaped blade is sharpened on one side. 

## Micarta handle

The handle is made from green Micarta, it has a light pattern and two finger cut-outs on the side, to make sure you can comfortably hold the knife for precise cutting tasks. Micarta is a composite material of linen and synthetic resin. 

## VG10 steel blade

The blade is made from VG10 steel. A fine, Japanese type of steel that retains its sharpness well, but is also easy to sharpen. The Muninn is enhanced with a reversible pocket clip. As such you can easily carry it in your left or right pocket. The knife is also enhanced with a lanyard eye, to make sure you can add a piece of paracord.

Beau et grand couteau, forme de lame originale, un peu dur à manipuler au début mais après quelque temps tout fonctionne très bien.

Prima mesje voor een schappelijke prijs. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is er ook naar. De afwerking van het micarta heft kon beter. Maar dit was zelf snel te verhelpen met een schuurpapiertje langs de randen van het heft te halen. Lemmet was vrij droog en opende wat stroef. Beetje Ballistol olie deed al snel wonderen. Verder is het een prima gebruiksmesje.

Nice looking knife. It stings like a bee. The blade is sharp from the beginning. Directly after unpacking, the blade and the locking/unlocking mechanism ran a bit rough. But after playing around with the knife for a bit, opening and closing over and over, it getting better and smoother very soon. You can flick the blade open in various ways, which is fun.
Overall, it seems to be well done. I like VG 10 anyways.
I would buy it again!
