Compact pocket knife from Spyderco with ergonomically round form. The top of the knife features special ridges for extra thumb grip (jimping). This little gem provides excellent grip and can be used for many purposes, despite its diminutive size. These qualities make this knife ideal for everyday use (EDC).  
  


The handle is manufactured from strong plastic FRN, making it very lightweight despite its strength. Thumbhole diameter: 11 mm.  
  


The ZDP-189 knife differs from the ‘normal’ Dragonfly2 in that its blade is manufactured from ZDP-189, a very special type of steel. This steel has a hardness of 64 HRC, making it is extremely hard. The advantage of such hard steel is that it retains its sharpness for a very long time. However, the disadvantage is that it is more difficult to sharpen.

Next to perfect edc-blade. Great Ergonomics, great steel and nobody gets offended, even it could do a lot of damage in trained hands. Perfect slicer, but no pry-bar. The only point (but no minus to me), both, the backlock and the pocket-clip are both on the strong side. But that's a question of time and use, I guess. But definitely no spydie-flip with this little beauty. Did I mentioned the awesome green...

Ultra licht maar snijdt als een scheermes. Super staal! Ergonomie top, ondanks klein formaat. 

Fijn mes, lekker klein en licht. De FRN handgreep is wat grover dan ik verwacht had, geeft goede grip maar zal na verloop van tijd je broekzak aan gaan vreten.

Mes gekocht ter vervanging van een Friedrich Herder mes. Na op internet reviews te hebben gelezen, dit mes gekocht voor EDC. 
Na levering vond ik het toch een iets te klein mes voor bijvoorbeeld het snijden van vis. Daarom later ook nog een Delica 4 gekocht. 
Dit mes voldoet in het dagelijks leven aan mijn eisen. Scherp, blijft dat volgens andere reviews ook lang en makkelijk mee te nemen. Over design valt te twisten, maar ik vind het een mooi ontwerp.
