The Steel Will Gekko 1500 is a beautiful outdoor knife. The Italian design in combination with the fantastic finish make this knife a favourite for many. The handle is made from micarta. A composite material from linen and synthetic resin, discolours slightly the longer you use it. This makes the handle follow the traces of its owner in the long run. This will make the knife tipically yours. The blade is made from Böhler N690 steel. A very popular Austrain type of steel. The blade has a beautiful finished spine. As such you can carry the knife very comfortable in your pocket. Because of the jimping on the back of the knife(finger grooves) you have a lot of control over the blade. The solid backlog lock makes the knife suitable for people who actually use their knife. According to some users, this is an ideal bushcraft knife, disguised as a pocket knife. We can certainly agree with that.

Zeer aangenaam mes, niets op aan te merken behalve dat het lemmet in gesloten toestand niet mooi gecentreerd is wat ik wel verwacht van een mes van die prijsklasse.

Sehr gute Versrbeitubg des Messers. Speziell der Griff und dessen Optik in Verbindung mit der wunderbar geformten Klinge ergeben einen sehr schönen Gesamteindruck. Nach zweiwöchiger Dauerbenutzung (Zerkleinerung von Karton und Verpackungsmaterial) immernoch in tadellosem Zustand! Ist das Geld in jedem Falle wert!

1 dingetje: die veel te grote pocketclip: past niet bij dit concept maar kan er gelukkig af! (boutje even inkorten)
na deze "amputatie" is dit mes echt een topper als EDC.
Ligt super in je hand door het gebruikte Micarta. Echt een aanrader!
