A good quality whetstone for the money. 1000 and 6000 grit excellent combination for maintaining knifes. If you have a really damaged blade to deal with (as I did initially), 1000 is a little too fine. The angle guides are a nice touch when not sharpening scandi-grind blades.

Solid product. The quality of the stone is good. Excellent price-quality ratio. Especially suitable for beginners and amateurs who sometimes sharpen knives themselves. I have also recommended to my friends.

This purchase is one I am I made. The angle guides are a great idea for me who is only starting out in the whole wet stone sharpening experience. The mini kit is absolutely ideal for a beginner like myself. Highly recommended.
