I’d expected this to be a bit better than my old cheap bread knife, but had kind of assumed that bread knives work by being serrated, so there wouldn’t be a huge difference. In reality it is a huge improvement, especially on very soft or very crusty bread, as it really bites into the crust, then slices very cleanly.
