Super messenset. Bij Knives en Tools altijd de topservice en snelheid zoals altijd. Echt TOP!!

Hele fijne messenset.
Had er misschien ook wel een schaar bij willen hebben, maar dat komt nog wel.
Fantastisch scherp.  Een feest om mee te werken.

Ik heb voor mijn vriend voor kerst deze messenset aangekocht. Hij was door het dolle heen en zeker met de mooie etsing erbij van zijn naam. Deze messen zijn een verademing om mee te snijden. Ik heb maar van één ding spijt...ik had deze messen al veel vroeger cadeau moeten geven :-) 
Ook de service van Kniveandtools verliep vlekkeloos en heel vriendelijk.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
