Ik heb dit officemesje  besteld om een fisller officemesje te vervangen .
dit mesje is echter een heel stuk lichter dan wat ik verwacht had .
het is wel scherp en zal best goed zijn ,maar in het geheel voelt het bijna goedkoop aan terwijl het dat absoluut niet is

van schillen tot paprikareepjes.
ga nu voor de ikon schilmes voor de luxe en sier.

Zalig mesje als aanvulling op mijn koksmes en schilmesje. Uiteraard vlijm scherp en met de slijpstaven (Lansky) goed scherp te houden. Het heerlijke aan de GP-serie is dat hij goed in de hand ligt, ook in mijn (grote) handen.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
