Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. De prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding is goed. Ik vind alleen de handvatten wat goedkoop afgewerkt, ziet er minder mooi uit en oogt ook goedkoop. Daarom een 7 bij verwachtingen. Messen zijn buiten dat goed scherp en fijn om mee te werken.

Heel goede messen!snijden zeer scherp.Gemakkelijke messenblok, kortom alles ok.

Nu ongeveer een maand in gebruik. Snelle levering, binnen 2 dagen thuis. De messen hebben mooie dunne bladen en het bijbehorende messenblok ziet er ook goed uit. Voor ons geen andere messen meer.
