The blades are made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handles are made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Des super bons couteaux! Léger et super tranchant! Ce lot est vraiment correct pour les amateurs de cuisine!

De messen liggen goed in de hand en snijden vlot door de diverse producten..
Set messen en snijplank werden snel geleverd en als toegift kregen we een slijpsteen cadeau (bedankt); de messen overtreffen onze verwachtingen en de prijs is scherp.
We zullen deze set zeker aanbevelen aan familie en vrienden.

Messenset valt tegen, zeker omdat ik hiervoor de grand prix versie had.
Messen voelen goedkoop aan en wat me het meest verbaasd, haast alle messen zijn zeer buigzaam, ze zijn zeer dun en lang, snijd niet fijn bij hardere groenten, vlees. 
De messen zijn wel scherp, maar vind de kwaliteit dus tegen vallen. 

Heel tevreden van deze messen, glasscherp en alles aanwezig ook om te slijpen stevige blok om messen op te bergen, snelle levering
