How does engraving work?

Knife engraving

Would you like a simple engraving? For example, a name, date or a short message of good wishes? Then use the Basic Engraving option. On the product page, you’ll find the option to add a Basic engraving above the order button. Enter the details, complete your purchase and we can (usually) dispatch the product just as quickly as orders without engraving.

Are you looking for something special? Such as a logo or other black-and-white image? Or more than one line of text? Then use our DesignTool. Follow the steps below:

Your engraving in 4 steps

Order the item you wish to have engraved together with the product ''Order with Engraving''. You will then receive an email from us.
Create a design for the engraving in the DesignTool and choose a position.
Reply to the email with the design number and the product number of the item to be engraved.
We will carry out the engraving and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Engraving a product other than a knife

No problem! There are plenty of options. In the specifications of engravable products, you’ll find ''Yes'' under the ''Can be engraved'' specification. This means we can engrave the product. To do this, simply follow the steps above using the DesignTool. If the specifications do not state that the product can be engraved, then unfortunately this is not possible.
