The **Böker Plus Yukon 01BO251** is a light-weight EDC pocket knife. Especially considering its royal length a weight of 85 grams is impressively low. It is the result of the missing steel liners in the frame. Instead the G10 scales are a little thicker. As such the frame has all the solidity it might need, without the excess weight.



The ergonomics of the Böker Yukon is very good. From the top of the handle you can see how the handle appears to have a type of wasp waist with quite the hips and slim legs. As such the knife feels amazing in hand. You can easily open the knife with the thumb hole. You can feel that the strong backlock properly restrains the knife. The blade is made from 440C. This is a stainless type of steel that is properly balanced. As such it retains its sharpness well, is easy to sharpen and nice and tough. Perfect for EDC use.

A wonderfully modern take on an old design...  Fully contoured and CnC'd G10 slabs with textured, hand filling palm-swells. Very much a traditional Canadian design using innovative solutions to back-lock mechanics...
