Wüsthof Gourmet Cleaver 16 cm, 4680/16

This cleaver is a good fit for my hand which is small. My husband has bigger hands and is also happy with the fit. I use it to cut up meaty bones for my dogs. Before I got it I had an awful job cutting pieces to size but now I find the job quite easy

Ok for chopping off chicken feet, say but not lamb bones

very good cleaver, heavy and will get through anything very well made.

Great weight, very solid, no messing cuting through Bone.
