This **serrated steak knife from the Arne Line from Due Cigni** is one of the more subtle knives in this collection. It is not too big, but also won't disappear on the table. The remarkable shape of the blade and the curved handle (to prevent fatigue) make this knife look unique. Not surprising considering the knives from this collection were designed by Danish knife maker Jens Ansø. As is common for Ansø designs, perfection and function are key! And you can tell when you look at the knife.

 The handle feels great in hand. Not too large and not too small. Made from Ziricote wood. A stunning type of material you recognize by its dark pattern and luxurious look and feel. Wood is a natural material. That is why the colour and the pattern can differ from those on the photograph. The material, however, will always be the same.

 The blade is partially serrated and partially smooth and made from Sandvik 12C27 steel. A well-known Scandinavian type of steel that is produced by Sandvik. This type of steel is strong, stainless and retains its sharpness well. Specifically designed as a steel for knives.
