Die Klinge war schlecht geschliffen. Vom Wellenschliff bis zum Ende der Klinge war diese so ungenau geschliffen dass ein Höhenunterschied von mehreren Millimetern vorhanden war. Dies scheint ein generelles Problem bei den Fulcrum Messern zu sein, da ich schon mehrere in der Hand hatte, die das gleiche Problem hatten, mal mehr und mal weniger. Bei einem Messer dieser Preisklasse ein absolutes no go. Ich frage mich was die ER Qualitätskontrolle macht...
