Razor sharp and sits well in the hand. An absolute work of art, beautifully crafted and lovely wooden handle. Second TM knife for me and would recommend them for anyone. The only down side is I expected the chopping board to be a bit more substantial but it's no issue as the set is cheaper than buying the knife on its own! Superb set, the knife will easily last a lifetime.
