This **Microplane Master truffel tool** is razor-sharp combination of a grater and a slicer. The steel frame has a wooden handle. American walnut was selected for this. This wood gives the grater a warm and luxurious look and feel. Because Microplane started out by making woodworking tools, this handle nicely represents a part of their history. This Master grater is really the most masterful grater from the Microplane range.

This truffle grater and slicer is perfect for grating and cutting truffles, of course, but also hard cheese, chocolate, radishes and garlic.

Microplane graters are known as the best there are. They grate very quickly and are razor-sharp. So watch out for your fingers! Fortunately, a plastic protective cap is included. You can easily click this over the sharp grater.
