The knife is very suitable fore bushcraft- and survival. The back of the knife has not been rounded, which is to ease use of a firesteel with this knife. The edge is scandi-ground and easy to sharpen.
As with all carbon steel knives, it is important to pay some attention to the maintenance of this knife. Carbon steel is not stainless and therefore needs to be stored clean and dry.
It comes with a dark green, plastic sheath, equipped with a sturdy belt clip.
