The Opinel cutting board La Classique is a classic cutting board for cutting bread and vegetables. The cutting board is large enough to cut a long piece of bread, but not so large it will take up too much room on your counter top. The edges on the bottom of the board are bevelled to make sure it is easy to hold. These edges and the beech wood used ensure that the board weighs next to nothing. Use and maintenance
To make sure your cutting board stays in great shape you need to maintain it! Fortunately this isn't as much work as you might think. Clean the board after use by holding it under a tap and dry it with a towel. Place the board upright (or hang it) to make sure it dries properly. We also recommend rubbing oil over the board once a month. Eden cutting board oil, for instance. This oil makes sure the board stays in great shape!
