The **Steel Will Scylla F79** is a cool EDC pocket knife, with a remarkable opening mechanism. Everyone has seen the standard thumb stud you use to open a pocket knife. Steel Will, however, did something remarkable with the thumb stud: they placed it on a very unusual place on the blade. As such the thumb stud suddenly works like a type of front flipper. Unique!



Opening the knife is incredibly fast. It is also the result of the ball bearings that ensure that the blade moves smoothly. Aside from the functional aspect the moved thumb stud and the including cut-out in the handle look futuristic. Like this pocket knife is way ahead of its time.



You use this knife for all daily tasks. Think of opening boxes, peeling an apple or as a tool while working in and around the house. To make sure your fingers are safe the knife contains a solid liner lock. It keeps it open during use. The blade is made from D2 steel. A tough type of steel which has been popular for a really long time. It retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen with the right means. You do, however, have to be careful around acids, salt and moisture: D2 is not completely stainless. So clean the blade after use.
