This knife is fantastics. If you like to cook Asian food, I would highly recommend it. It is very light and the vegetables are being cut nicely and neatly. When I cut the Korean Kimbap and Japanese sushi, it came out nicely without any problem. Wusthof always deliver the best product and I love this.
