The **Condor Huron Knife 2806-4.26HC** is a very cool outdoor knife. The name comes from the Huron Nation, the nation of the Wyandot Indians in Canada. This knife is inspired by their traditional design. You use the Condor Huron for a variety of outdoor activities. Think of bushcraft, hunting, food prep and camping purposes.

 The blade of the Condor Huron Knife is made from 1095 carbon steel. A strong type of steel that is easy to sharpen and can handle quite a bit. 1095, however, is not completely stainless. As such you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The knife has a strong full-tang construction. This means that the thickness of the blade runs throughout the entire handle. The edge is remarkable: It has a primary scandi grind, but with a convex finish. This is also called a 'scandivex'. As such you can benefit from the advantages of a scandi and convex grind at the same time. Great for wood work.

 The handle is made from walnut wood. The front of the handle has been wound with bronze wire. This will discolour in time and form a patina which will make each knife unique.

 The Condor Huron Knives comes in a traditional leather sheath with a belt loop that has enough room for belts up to 6.2 cm. The leather has been enhanced with decorations.

excellent couteau solide et bien en main, odeur du metel et du bois fort agreable, tranchant suffisant

J'ai offert ce très joli couteau à ma femme pour les randos /bivouacs.
En plus de l'aspect esthétique, il est très agréable à manipuler, robuste et l'étui est de grande qualité.
Juste à l'affûter à la livraison 

Un excellent et élégant petit couteau. La lame est plutôt polyvalente, le tranchant est durable et elle se révèle facile à affûter quand c'est le moment (l'acier 1095 on ne se trompe jamais!). Idéal pour emporter en rando ou dans les bois, petit batonnage, travail du bois et préparation du casse croûte! Léger et maniable, les finitions sont impeccables (pas toujours le cas chez Condor), attention toutefois pour les grandes mains le manche est assez court. L'étui quant à lui est un petit bijou, très bien conçu et de qualité.

Petit couteau bien sympathique et plutôt joli.
Le tranchant est à affûter à la réception du colis car il n'est pas super top.
Pour le reste design et robustesse il a l'air vraiment bien. A voir sur le long terme.
Il est bien adapté au batonage léger et au petit travaux adaptés à sa taille
